OSTROPA 2022 – Registration of literature exhibits still possible

The continuing interest in the International Stamp Exhibition OSTROPA – now scheduled to take place from 30 June to 3 July 2022 at the Russian House of Science and Culture in Berlin – is reflected in the unbroken willingness to participate on the part of the majority of exhibitors, auction houses and the trade. In the meantime, the majority of the study groups and associations that wanted to participate with an information stand in 2020 have also confirmed their renewed participation. There is already a list of interested parties for any places that may become available.

The same applies to participation in the competition. The approximately 1,000 frames available are largely reserved for applications from 2019/20. New applications can therefore no longer be accepted.

The situation is different for the literature exhibits, where the space issue does not play such a serious role. Here, the Philatelic Committee and the organising team of OSTROPA 2022 have therefore decided to give more interested parties a chance to participate in the competition and to extend the registration period until 31 March 2022. Philatelic books and journals, catalogues, periodicals and electronic media are eligible.
