AIJP Congress

The AIJP Congress, which usually takes place annually, is on the one hand the general meeting of the members and on the other hand a special event with an interesting programme for authors and journalists. These can be lectures on literary topics, presentations of new publications, but also a sightseeing program that is of value to the members.

The invitation, the agenda and – if possible – the programme of the congress will be posted on the AIJP website at least two months before the event: see Downloads) and published in the “Philatelic Journalist”. Motions for the Congress must be submitted to the Board in writing at least three months before the date of the Congress. See § 9 of the Statutes.

Members are requested to inform the Secretary General of the AIJP of their participation in the Congress in good time by e-mail. Participation is free, also for guests and all who are interested in the work of the AIJP. If certain programme items (e.g. visits) are only possible for a limited number of participants, attention will be drawn to them in good time. Admission will then take place in the order of the registrations received by the Secretary General. Further details will be communicated to interested parties upon announcement.
