(pcp-wm) As the DBZ announced on its website on 27 February 2020, this year’s MILANOFIL will not take place in Milan.

Although it is not – as the DBZ writes – a “world exhibition”, it is a national exhibition with international participation. This year, in order to attract more visitors, it should also be expanded to include numismatics, records, comics, historic oldtimers and model railways, etc. – similar to what has been happening in Verona for VERONAFIL for some time now. On the website of the Italian Post (https://www.poste.it/milanofil.html; call: March 1st) there is no information about a cancellation yet, but the DBZ quotes Emanuela Agamennone of Poste Italiane, who confirmed this. The reasons are well known in view of the high spread of the corona virus in the area around Milan.
