The Association of Philatelists in Chisinau, capital of the Republic of Moldova, invites you to a literature exhibition that will take place from 3 until 20 September 2019. The aforementioned association has been a member of FEPA since last year and also represents collectors of postcards; of special interest is a section covering Maximaphilately. Authors and publishers are invited to take part in the competition by sending in their publications. There is no participation fee and only one copy of your publication has to be sent in. Constantin Ciobanu, the “spiritus rector” of the exhibition, Chairman of the Collectors’ Association of the Republic of Moldova and a multifaceted author on philately and postal history.
The exhibition will take place in the Museum of Ethnography and Ethnology (http://www.muzeu.md/); the “Bookfest”, which is planned to take place elsewhere at the same time, is expected to generate a great deal of interest in this exhibition. On the opening day of the exhibition, the National Symposium for postcard collectors will take place in the same museum.
