Casper Pottle, owner of HH Sales, one of the world’s few specialist philatelic books retailer, recently produced two short videos for the Philatelic Traders Society about philatelic books that have won the Crawford Medal.
Since 1920, the Royal Philatelic Society of London has been awarding this silver-gilt medal for the most valuable and original contribution to the study and knowledge of philately published in book form during the relevant period. A list of winners can be found on the Royal’s website.
In recent years,the winner is announced at the annual Crawford Festival, which takes place every June at the Society’s premises in London.
