The “Design Center for the Production of African Stamps and Security Papers” operated in Israel in the 1960s under the leadership of Abraham Eylon at the Government Printer in Tel Aviv. At this institution stamps for Guinea, Burundi, Haiti, Ghana, Togo, Kongo and other countries have been designed by Oswald Adler. In the context of an article on this topic I am very much interested to cooperate with philatelic journalists from Isreal. Please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you!
