Editorial improvements: Different printing marks were discovered in the 2009 Bosnian Europe edition. In Yugoslavia, two new perforation varieties were added to the compulsory surcharge stamps. Also new are two additional Serbian stamps with designer marks. Slovenia collectors will now find the date of withdrawal from circulation on all invalid tolar stamps. For fans of Croatian cryptoblocks, the information on the assigned NFTs has been further clarified.
The editorial team recorded price increases in many areas, particularly in Yugoslavia, including the neighbouring region of Istria and the coastal region, as well as in Serbia. Larger units such as stamps with decorative fields or mini-sheets are in particularly high demand. In Kosovo, there were price increases for special issues with white margins. The editorial team also recorded further increases in the Independent State of Croatia (NDH) and Zone B of Trieste.
