(vph-cs) In 2024, associated expertizer Reinoud Brandsen VPh from ‘s-Hertogenbosch (NL) joined the previously ‘small squad’ with the expertising areas of Old Montenegro and Old Serbia. In 2025, Mariusz Maciejewski VPh (*1963) from Katowice (PL) joins with the expertizing areas of Polish local issues 1915-1919. These are Checiny, Czenstochau, Jedrzejow, Lodz, Luboml, Olkusz, Przedborz, Sosnowice, Warszawa, Zarki and Zawiercie. Thereby Poland, including its affiliated regions, predecessors and successors, has a larger number of members than other German-speaking expertizing associations.
However, the VPh is also growing ‘overseas’: since 2025, associated expertiser Dr Jan Ulrich Clauss VPh has also taken over 5 of the 10 Rhodesian postal areas, namely Northern Rhodesia, Nyassaland, Rhodesia-Nyassaland and Southern Rhodesia (Rhodesia).
