Starting with the new edition of the volume ‘America 2012 (1/1)’, which will appear today, the German publisher of the well-known Michel stamp catalogues will see to it that all of its overseas catalogues will be printed in full-colour. Most of the illustrations in these volumes will then be also in colour. In addition to this, the company has announced that all catalogues of European and Overseas countries will receive a thorough face-lift, which should result in an improved lay-out and a more clearer setup.

In the new overseas edition of the ‘America’ catalogue about 1.200 new illustrations have been inserted. The change from black and white to colour has its price, of course. While the ‘old’ catalogue (2011 edition) costs 54 Euros, the price for the new colour edition will be 66 Euros. Also from today new editions of Michel’s Coin Catalogue 2012 and the specialised Switzerland/Liechtenstein Catalogue will be available; both catalogues are – as usual – printed in full-colour.
