Alpe-AdriaPhila 2011 Opatija offers a rich programme. The opening ceremony will be on Thursday April 14, in the Crystal Ballroom. On the same day there will be a presentation of the Croatian souvenir sheet ‘Alpe-Adria’. Every day of the exhibition a separate, special hand stamp will be used. Spanning two days, there will be Youth Workshops. Especially Saturday April 16 will be a very busy day, with the FEPA Congress and the Alpe-Adria Philately Group Meeting on the agenda. There will also be an international collectors meeting as well as the first Alpe-Adria Auction.

The event will be concluded with a traditional Palmares. The exhibition will host a very important event: the FIP’s Thematic Seminar lead by José-Ramón Moreno und Giancarlo Morolli. Also of importance is the FEPA’ Maximaphily Seminar, presided by Nicos Rangos. A number of postal administrations will be present, for instance those of Germany, Austria, Croatia and China.
