31.08.2018 - STOCKHOLMIA 2019 - Bulletin 2 has been released!

(wm) Members of the Royal Philatelic Society in London (RPSL) already received the extensive Bulletin 2 of the STOCKHOLMIA 2019 exhibition; it was enclosed by the July/August issue of societies official journal, “The London Philatelist”.
Bulletin2 comprises 84 pages that are filled with information about the largest international philatelic exhibition to be held in 2019 (Stockholm, 29 May to 2 June), like the first contours of the extensive top program. But there are also contributions that offer interesting insights into the development of collecting since the earliest beginnings in 1840. The societies’ unique museum archive shows for instance a selection of the (exhibition) medals that are in the possession of this oldest stamp collecting club in the world. But what makes Bulletin 2 especially valuable for interested visitors are the numerous pages on which the booking details, the program and the excursion possibilities of the event are presented. Anyone who plans to visit STOCKHOLMIA 2019 should read these pages.
Members of the AIJP will receive the bulletin also free of charge. It will be sent to them along with the October issue of “The Philatelic Journalist", the AIJP’s official publication. Interested parties can order the Bulletin - as long as stocks last – when they send valid German stamps (1.45 Euro for German destinations and 3.70 for European destinations) to Wolfgang Maassen, Vogelsrather Weg 27, 41366 Schwalmtal (Germany).
